Acknowledgement of Responsibility
All 501c3 non-profit organizations shall submit a copy of their certificate.
Private Birthday Parties should be limited to 2 hours.
Private events to be reserved at a maximum of two months prior to event date.
Reservation and use of the Stage is limited to non-profit organizations.
Requested park facilities must be clean and trash removed from the park after the event.
The City of Dunlap reserves the right to reschedule / cancel private events for community events.
